Fragmented public transit UX was creating accessibility barriers for 30M+ multilingual commuters. Led a cross-institution initiative with professionals from MIT and Harvard on nudge-based behavioural interventions to improve usability without rebuilding infrastructure. Real-world deployment across public transit networks.
